REFUND/TICKET POLICY

There are no refunds for classes.  No exceptions.  Class transfers or exchanges are allowed up to a week before the class begins.  There are no credits/transfers/exchanges after that time period or after the class begins.  Teachers may be swapped out prior to a class beginning and this is not a reason for a refund.

If you are not able to attend a show for which you have purchased tickets, call the box office at 919-962-2211 or e-mail chapelhill@thepit-nyc.com before 6pm the day of the show.  We will put a credit – face value of the tickets you purchased – on your account that can be used towards any show or class at the PIT.  We do not offer any refunds on show tickets, or credit for past shows.
