Outfluenced: An Evening of Queer Storytelling

Taking its cue from storytelling events like The Moth and The Monti, Outfluenced: An Evening of Queer Storytelling features LGBTQ+ storytellers sharing real stories from their experiences, live and without notes. From the sweetest of loves to the hardest of heartbreaks, the most stunning of victories to the biggest flops and failures, from the peaks of expansive joy to the depths of grief -- join us for stories about these, everything in between, and subtle explorations of the ways we move from one to the next.

Each show will have a theme. March’s theme is "Hidden: hiding, finding, and revelations" -- "What are the things we conceal and what happens when our tightly-held secrets get laid bare despite our best efforts? What treasures do we hold close, preserving them as our own? How does what we hide shape who we are and where we explore, how we define our comfort zone and the ways we move into its edges? Join us for a night of queer storytelling about what is hidden -- secrets, treasures, fears, or joys; family, friends, lovers, or pets; flaws, vulnerabilities, misdeeds, or secret indulgences!"
