Work Together, Play Together
Nobody wants to work, and everyone wants to play. It is extremely difficult to gossip, hold grudges, act superior, or maintain office cliques when everyone plays together. This workshop is about nothing more than letting down your guard, hanging up your titles, suspending judgment and remembering what it was like to play like a child. Check your ego at the door because FUN is the name of the game, and once we play together, we will never “work” the same.

“You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.”

Team Building and Communication
The phenomenon known as “The Group Mind” is interconnectivity that makes collaboration intuitive, turning random groups into a cohesive unit. In this fun and exciting workshop, your team will laugh with each other while participating in exercises designed to bond even a group of strangers. Techniques that enhance communication, trust, and respect will evolve their ability to function as team players.

“A major reason capable people fail to advance is that they don’t work well with their colleagues.”
Lee Iacocca

New Employee Assimilation
Intimidated and shy are no way to begin a career, and when “time equals money,” the corporate world cannot wait three to six months for new hires to mix with the team. Learn strategies, exercises and techniques that will instantly integrate and unite even a room of strangers. This workshop can either be structured for groups of new employees, or it can be organized with both new and current employees to create instant support among the green and the seasoned.

“It’s easy to get good players. Getting them to play together, that’s the hard part.”
Casey Stengel

Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
Above poverty and even death, public speaking is ranked as the number one fear of most people. We are constantly conditioned to be concerned with how we appear and what people think of us, and we often find ourselves in situations where we must speak in front of an audience. Whether your team uses speaking opportunities to generate business, deliver presentations, pitch an idea, or earn a living through speaking, this workshop will give them the strength to tackle the world’s number one most crippling fear. Learn how to think quickly on your feet, answer questions on the fly, and speak with confidence and poise.

“People’s number one fear is public speaking. Death is number two…If you go to a funeral, you’re better off in the casket than doing the eulogy.”
Jerry Seinfeld
